Çektiğin fotoğraf ve videolar yalnızca cihazında kalır; hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Uygulamanın cihaz dışına çıkan tek verisi, abonelik satın alımını doğrulamak için Apple App Store ve RevenueCat'e giden satın alma bilgisidir.
1. Giriş
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Lesmazer (Bireysel Geliştirici — Türkiye) tarafından geliştirilen Reflara mobil uygulamasının kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Reflara; çift en-boy oranlı bir kamera uygulamasıdır — tek bir çekim aynı anda hem dikey 9:16 hem yatay 16:9 olarak kaydedilir. Ayrıca manuel pro kontroller (ISO, enstantane, odak, beyaz dengesi), ağır çekim (slow-mo), hızlandırılmış çekim (time-lapse) ve .cube LUT içe aktarma dahil renk lookları sunar.
Temel gizlilik ilkemiz cihaz önceliklidir: kullanıcı içeriği sunucularımıza iletilmez, reklam için profil oluşturulmaz, üçüncü taraf izleme SDK'sı kullanılmaz, hesap açmanız gerekmez. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler
Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve bizim sunucularımıza gönderilmez:
Reflara kamerasıyla çektiğiniz fotoğraflar ve videolar (dikey 9:16 ve yatay 16:9 çıktılar dahil)
Çekim sırasında uygulamanın geçici olarak yazdığı tampon (buffer) dosyaları — kayıt tamamlandığında işlenir
Uygulama tercihleri ve ayarlar: tercih ettiğiniz look, ızgara/seviye göstergesi, varsayılan format ve çözünürlük (cihazda yerel)
Çektiğiniz fotoğraf ve videolar, siz galerinize kaydetmeyi seçtiğinizde sistem fotoğraf kütüphanenize eklenir. Fotoğraf ve video içeriğinize biz hiçbir zaman erişemeyiz.

Reflara, fotoğraf kütüphanenizi okumaz: yalnızca yeni medya eklemek için "ekleme" (add-only) iznini kullanır; mevcut fotoğraf ve videolarınızı listelemez, görüntülemez veya içe aktarmaz.
Tüm izinler isteğe bağlıdır. İzin vermezseniz ilgili özellik devre dışı kalır; uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder. İzinleri dilediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar uygulaması üzerinden değiştirebilirsiniz. Reflara; konum, kişiler, takvim, bildirim veya konuşma tanıma izni istemez.
4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Reflara üçüncü taraf bir hizmeti yalnızca tek bir amaç için kullanır: Pro abonelik satın alımlarının doğrulanması ve yönetimi. Bunun dışında hiçbir analitik, reklam veya izleme hizmeti kullanılmaz; kullanıcı içeriğiniz (fotoğraf, video, ses) hiçbir zaman cihazınızdan çıkmaz.
Abonelik satın alma ve doğrulama işlemi Apple App Store ile birlikte, abonelik yönetimi sağlayıcımız RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc. — ABD) üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. RevenueCat, satın almaları bizim adımıza doğrulayan bir veri işleyendir (alt-işleyici).
RevenueCat'e yalnızca şunlar iletilir: Apple tarafından imzalanmış satın alma/makbuz bilgisi ve RevenueCat'in atadığı anonim uygulama-kullanıcı kimliği. RevenueCat'e iletilmeyenler: gerçek adınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız, fotoğraf veya video içeriğiniz, konum bilginiz, reklam kimliği (IDFA) ya da uygulamalar arası izleme verisi.
Ödeme altyapısı Apple App Store tarafından yönetilir; ödeme ayrıntılarınız (kart numarası, IBAN vb.) ne Reflara'a ne de RevenueCat'e iletilir. RevenueCat'in veri işleme uygulamaları için RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası, Apple abonelik yönetimi için ise Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
5. İzleme (Tracking) Yok
Reflara reklam izlemesi yapmaz. Aşağıdakilerin hiçbiri kullanılmaz veya toplanmaz:

Gizlilik manifestimizde NSPrivacyTracking = false beyan edilir ve hiçbir izleme alan adı (tracking domain) tanımlı değildir.
6. Veri Güvenliği
Kullanıcı içeriği, Apple'ın uygulama korumalı alanı (sandbox) mekanizması sayesinde cihazınızda güvenli biçimde depolanır. Cihazınızda yapılandırılmış kilit ekranı ve disk şifrelemesi, fotoğraf ve video dosyalarınızı yetkisiz erişime karşı korur.
Apple App Store ve RevenueCat ile yapılan tüm iletişim şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
Reflara kullanıcı içeriğinizi (fotoğraf, video, ses) hiçbir sunucuda depolamaz; içeriğiniz cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Cihaz dışına yalnızca abonelik doğrulama verisi çıkar ve bu veri Apple ile RevenueCat tarafından şifreli biçimde işlenir. Dolayısıyla içeriğinize yönelik sunucu taraflı bir ihlal riski bulunmaz.
7. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Veriler siz silene kadar cihazınızda saklanır. Verilerinizi şu yollarla kontrol edebilirsiniz:
Galeriden silme: Reflara ile galerinize kaydettiğiniz fotoğraf ve videoları, iOS Fotoğraflar uygulamasından dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Ayarları sıfırlama: Reflara ayarlarından uygulama tercihlerinizi temizleyebilirsiniz.
Uygulamayı kaldırma: Reflara'u cihazdan kaldırmanız, uygulamaya ait tüm yerel verileri (tercihler, anonim kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı, geçici dosyalar) da siler.
Apple'ın sunucu tarafındaki satın alma ve makbuz kayıtları, muhasebe belgesi niteliğinde olduğundan ilgili yasal yükümlülük süresi boyunca (aboneliğin sona ermesinden itibaren 10 yıla kadar) saklanabilir. Bu kayıtların silinmesine ilişkin diğer talepleriniz için contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
Apple abonelik durumunuz Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler menüsü üzerinden yönetilir.
8. Kullanıcı Hakları (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

İçeriğinizin tamamı cihazınızda olduğundan bu hakların çoğunu doğrudan cihazınız ve iOS Fotoğraflar uygulaması üzerinden kullanabilirsiniz. Ek bilgi için: contact@lesmazer.com. Talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
Reflara, GDPR madde 27(2)(a) uyarınca AB temsilcisi atama yükümlülüğünden muaftır: veri işleme faaliyetimiz "occasional" (münferit) niteliktedir, büyük ölçekli olarak özel kategori veri içermez ve doğal kişilerin hak ve özgürlükleri için risk taşımaz. AB'de yerleşik bir kuruluşumuz (establishment) yoktur. Kullanıcı içeriğine ilişkin veri işleme tamamen cihaz üzerinde gerçekleşir; cihaz dışına yalnızca abonelik satın alma bilgisi çıkar ve bu bilgi, veri işleyenimiz RevenueCat ile Apple App Store tarafından işlenir. Fotoğraf, video ve ses içeriğiniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafa gönderilmez.
AB/AEA'da ikamet eden kullanıcılar veri koruma haklarını contact@lesmazer.com üzerinden veya kendi ülkelerinin veri koruma otoritesine başvurarak kullanabilir. Yetkili ulusal otoritelerin tam listesi: edpb.europa.eu.
9. Çocukların Gizliliği
Reflara, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik bir hizmet değildir; bilerek 13 yaş altı kişilerden kişisel veri toplamayız. App Store yaş sınıflandırması 4+ olsa da küçük çocukların uygulamayı bir ebeveyn veya vasi gözetiminde kullanması önerilir.
13 yaşın altında bir çocuğun veri ilettiğini öğrenirsek ilgili verileri derhal kaldırırız; lütfen contact@lesmazer.com aracılığıyla bize bildirin.
10. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanır; "Son Güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikleri kaçırmamak için bu sayfayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmeniz önerilir.
Your photos and videos stay only on your device — they are never sent to any server. The only data that leaves the app is the purchase information sent to the Apple App Store and RevenueCat to validate your subscription.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Reflara mobile application, developed by Lesmazer (Individual Developer — Türkiye), handles personal data. Reflara is a dual-aspect camera app — a single shot is saved at the same time as both a vertical 9:16 and a horizontal 16:9 file. It also offers manual pro controls (ISO, shutter, focus, white balance), slow motion, time-lapse, and color looks including .cube LUT import.
Our core privacy principle is device-first: user content is never transmitted to our servers, no advertising profile is built, no third-party tracking SDK is included, and no account is required. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
Photos and videos captured with the Reflara camera (including the vertical 9:16 and horizontal 16:9 outputs)
Temporary buffer files the app writes during capture — processed once the recording is complete
Any .cube LUT files you import (local to the device)
App preferences and settings: your chosen look, grid/level overlay, default format and resolution (local to the device)
The photos and videos you capture are added to your system photo library only when you choose to save them. We never have access to your photo or video content.
3. Device Permissions
Each permission is requested only when you use the related feature, and used solely for its stated purpose:

Reflara does not read your photo library: it uses the add-only permission solely to add new media; it does not list, browse, or import your existing photos and videos.
All permissions are optional. Denying a permission disables the related feature while the rest of the app continues to work. You can change permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app. Reflara does not request access to location, contacts, calendars, notifications, or speech recognition.
4. Third-Party Services
Reflara uses a third-party service for one purpose only: validating and managing Pro subscription purchases. No analytics, advertising, or tracking service is used, and your user content (photos, videos, audio) never leaves your device.
Subscription purchases and validation are handled through the Apple App Store together with our subscription-management provider RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc. — USA). RevenueCat acts as a data processor (subprocessor) that validates purchases on our behalf.
The only data sent to RevenueCat is the Apple-signed purchase/receipt information and an anonymous app-user identifier assigned by RevenueCat. RevenueCat does not receive your real name, email address, phone number, photo or video content, location, advertising identifier (IDFA), or any cross-app tracking data.
Payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store; your payment details (card numbers, bank accounts, etc.) are never shared with Reflara or with RevenueCat. RevenueCat's handling of data is governed by the RevenueCat Privacy Policy, and Apple subscription management is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
5. No Tracking
Reflara does not perform advertising tracking. None of the following are used or collected:
Advertising identifier (IDFA) — not collected
App Tracking Transparency prompt — not shown
Third-party advertising network SDK — not used
Social media pixel — none
Analytics or user-behaviour tracking service — not used
Crash-reporting service — not used
Our privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false and defines no tracking domains.
6. Data Security
User content is stored securely on your device within Apple's application sandbox, which prevents other apps from accessing it. Your device's lock screen and disk encryption protect photo and video files from unauthorized access.
All communication with the Apple App Store and RevenueCat is conducted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Reflara does not store your user content (photos, videos, audio) on any server; your content never leaves your device. Only subscription-validation data leaves the device, and it is processed securely by Apple and RevenueCat. This means there is no server-side content breach risk for your captures.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is stored on your device until you delete it. You can manage your data in the following ways:
Delete from your library: Photos and videos you saved with Reflara can be deleted at any time from the iOS Photos app.
Reset settings: You can clear your app preferences from Reflara settings.
Uninstalling the app: Removing Reflara from your device also deletes all of its locally stored app data (preferences, anonymous app user identifier, temporary files).
Apple's server-side purchase and receipt records qualify as accounting documents and may be retained for the duration of the applicable legal obligation (up to 10 years from the end of the subscription). For any other request regarding deletion of those records, write to contact@lesmazer.com — we will respond within 30 days.
Your Apple subscription is managed under Apple ID > Subscriptions.
8. User Rights (KVKK and GDPR)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
Right to know whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it
Right to access and rectify your personal data
Right to request erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing
Right to data portability
Right to object to the processing of your personal data
For EU/EEA users, the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (GDPR Art. 77)
Because all of your content is stored on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly through your device and the iOS Photos app. For additional requests: contact@lesmazer.com. Requests will be answered within 30 days.
Reflara is exempt from the EU representative requirement under GDPR Article 27(2)(a): our data processing is "occasional" in nature, does not include large-scale processing of special category data, and does not pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. We have no establishment in the EU. Processing of user content occurs entirely on the device; the only data that leaves the device is subscription purchase information, which is processed by our data processor RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. Your photo, video, and audio content is never sent to any third party.
Users residing in the EU/EEA may exercise their data protection rights by contacting contact@lesmazer.com or by lodging a complaint with their national data protection authority. Full list of competent authorities: edpb.europa.eu.
9. Children's Privacy
Reflara is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. While the App Store age rating is 4+, young children are encouraged to use the app under parental supervision.
If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal data, we will delete it promptly. Please notify us at contact@lesmazer.com.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of material changes.
