1. Yaş Sınırlaması

Reflara, App Store'da 4+ yaş sınıfındadır. 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcıların uygulamayı ebeveyn veya yasal vasi gözetiminde kullanması önerilir. Ücretli Reflara Pro aboneliğini satın almak için 18 yaşında olmanız ya da yasal velinin açık onayına sahip olmanız gereklidir.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

Reflara, Lesmazer tarafından geliştirilen, iPhone için (iOS 18 ve üzeri) çift en-boy oranlı bir kamera uygulamasıdır; tek bir çekimi aynı anda hem dikey 9:16 hem yatay 16:9 dosya olarak kaydetmeye odaklanır. Sunulan başlıca özellikler:

  • ÇİFT çekim: tek çekim hem dikey 9:16 hem yatay 16:9 dosya olarak kaydedilir (video ve fotoğrafta)
  • Manuel kontroller (elle odak, ISO, enstantane hızı, beyaz dengesi, pozlama)
  • Ağır çekim, hızlandırılmış çekim ve ileri-geri döngü video
  • 4K'ya kadar video; destekleyen cihazlarda 48 MP ve RAW (DNG) fotoğraf
  • Sinematik renk look'ları ve .cube LUT içe aktarma
  • Izgara, terazi ve diğer çekim yardımcıları

Tüm çekim ve işleme cihazınızda yapılır; Reflara fotoğraflarınızı ve videolarınızı hiçbir sunucuya yüklemez. Reflara bir sosyal ağ veya içerik barındırma hizmeti değildir ve hesap gerektirmez.

3. Abonelik ve Otomatik Yenileme

Reflara Pro, isteğe bağlı ve otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir; aylık ve yıllık olmak üzere iki planla sunulur ve iki plan da aynı Pro özelliklerini açar. Fiyatlar, satın almadan önce Reflara Pro ekranında bulunduğunuz ülkenin App Store fiyatıyla gösterilir.

  • Ödeme: Tüm satın almalar ve ödemeler Apple tarafından App Store üzerinden yürütülür; Reflara ödeme bilgilerinizi (kart numarası vb.) hiçbir zaman almaz veya saklamaz. Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Hesabınızdan alınır; seçtiğiniz plan ücretsiz deneme içeriyorsa ve denemeye uygunsanız ücret deneme bitiminde alınır.
  • Ücretsiz deneme: Ücretsiz deneme içeren bir plan seçerseniz, deneme süresi ve sonrasında alınacak ücret satın almayı onaylamadan önce App Store ödeme ekranında gösterilir. Uygunluğu Apple belirler ve her Apple Hesabı aynı abonelik grubunda denemeyi yalnızca bir kez kullanabilir. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz abonelik ücretli olarak devam eder. Satın alma yapmadan kullanılabilen ücretsiz ÇİFT hakları bir abonelik denemesi değildir (bkz. 3.1).
  • Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süre için kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Hesabınızdan alınır.
  • İptal ve yönetim: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iPhone'unuzda Ayarlar > [adınız] > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Pro etkinken Reflara'da Hızlı ayarlar (⋯) > Tüm Ayarlar > Abonelik > Aboneliği yönet'e dokunarak Apple'ın abonelik yönetim sayfasını da açabilirsiniz. İptal ettiğinizde Pro özellikleri mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır.
  • Fiyat değişikliği: Fiyat artışlarında Apple, kendi kurallarına göre sizi önceden bilgilendirir ya da onayınızı ister. Onayınız istendiği hâlde onay vermezseniz abonelik, eski fiyatla ödenen son dönemin sonunda sona erer; onay gerekmeyen durumlarda abonelik, bildirimden sonraki yenilemede yeni fiyatla yenilenir. Yenilenmesini istemiyorsanız yenileme tarihinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edebilirsiniz.
  • Geri yükleme: Reflara Pro ekranındaki “Geri Yükle” ya da Reflara'da Hızlı ayarlar (⋯) > Tüm Ayarlar > Abonelik bölümündeki “Satın almaları geri yükle”, aboneliğinizi aynı Apple Hesabıyla giriş yaptığınız cihazlarda yeniden etkinleştirir. Abonelik durumunuzun doğrulanması ve geri yüklenmesi için abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızdan hizmet alınır; bu kapsamda işlenen sınırlı veriler için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
  • İade: Tüm ödemeler Apple tarafından alındığından iade talepleri de Apple tarafından değerlendirilir; talebinizi reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden iletebilirsiniz.

3.1 Ücretsiz ve Pro

Reflara'yı Pro olmadan da kullanabilirsiniz. Ücretsiz sürümde fotoğraf (HEIF; 12 MP ya da destekleyen cihazlarda 48 MP), 1080p video (30 ya da 60 fps) ve sinematik 24 fps, 120 fps ağır çekim, hızlandırılmış çekim ve ileri-geri döngü video; dokunarak odaklama, AE/AF kilidi ve pozlama (EV) ayarı; ızgara, terazi ve diğer çekim yardımcıları ile Orijinal, Sıcak ve Siyah-Beyaz look'ları kullanılabilir. ÇİFT çekimi satın alma yapmadan toplam iki fotoğraf ve iki video çekiminde deneyebilirsiniz; bir hak, ÇİFT çekim fotoğraf kitaplığınıza kaydedildiğinde kullanılmış sayılır ve haklar yenilenmez. Ücretsiz sürümde çekimler Reflara filigranıyla kaydedilir ve kesintisiz bir video kaydı en fazla 90 saniye sürer.

Reflara Pro şunları açar:

  • Sınırsız ÇİFT çekim (tek çekimden hem 9:16 hem 16:9)
  • MANUEL paneli: elle odak (destekleyen kameralarda), ISO, enstantane, beyaz dengesi (ısı ve ton) ve pozlama
  • Destekleyen cihazlarda 4K video (30 ya da 60 fps) ve 240 fps ağır çekim
  • Destekleyen cihazlarda RAW (DNG) fotoğraf
  • Tüm look'lar ve kendi .cube LUT dosyalarınızı içe aktarma
  • Filigransız çıktı ve cihazınızdaki boş alan elverdiğince süre sınırı olmadan video kaydı

Ücretsiz ve Pro özelliklerinin kapsamı hizmet geliştikçe değişebilir; bu değişiklikler aktif abonelik döneminizde satın aldığınız haklara olumsuz biçimde uygulanmaz.

4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

Reflara'yı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:

  • Yasalara uygun çekim: Çekim yaptığınız kişi ve mekânlara ilişkin yerel mahremiyet, rıza ve görüntü kaydı yasalarına uyun. Yasadışı, taciz edici veya aldatıcı içerik üretmeyin.
  • Telif hakkı uyumu: Çekimlerinizde yalnızca kendinize ait ya da gerekli lisansı aldığınız materyalleri kullanın.
  • Gerçek bilgi: Uygulamayı veya Apple'ı aldatmaya yönelik yanıltıcı bilgi vermeyin.
  • Hesap güvenliği: Apple Hesabı bilgilerinizi güvende tutun; Apple Hesabınızdaki abonelik etkinliklerinden siz sorumlusunuz.

Kullanıcı, Reflara ile çektiği fotoğraf ve videoların tüm fikri mülkiyet haklarını elinde tutar. Reflara, kullanıcı içeriği üzerinde herhangi bir hak iddia etmez ve bu içeriği barındırmaz.

5. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Reflara, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulmaktadır. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garanti edilmez. Reflara, aşağıdaki durumlardan kaynaklanabilecek doğrudan ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz:

  • Kullanıcı verilerinin veya çekimlerinin kaybı ya da bozulması
  • Geçici hizmet kesintileri
  • Kullanıcının yanlış veya hukuka aykırı kullanımından doğan sonuçlar
  • Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerindeki aksaklıklar

Her koşulda Reflara'nın toplam sorumluluğu, kullanıcının son 12 ay içinde Reflara için ödediği abonelik tutarıyla sınırlıdır. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın (Türkiye'de 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun dahil) tüketiciye tanıdığı zorunlu haklar bu sınırlamadan etkilenmez.

6. Apple App Store'a Özel Hükümler

Apple Inc., bu kullanım koşullarının tarafı değildir ve Reflara ile kullanıcı arasındaki sözleşmeden doğan hiçbir yükümlülük altında değildir.

Bu sözleşmede aksi belirtilmedikçe, App Store'dan edinilen uygulamalar için Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir; ilgili metne apple.com/legal adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

  • Reflara'nın bakım, teknik destek veya güncelleme sağlanmasına yönelik yükümlülük Apple'a değil, geliştiriciye aittir.
  • Yasal garanti kapsamındaki talepleri Apple değil, Reflara'nın geliştiricisi karşılar.
  • Ürün sorumluluğu, fikri mülkiyet uyumu ve geçerli yasal düzenlemelere uyum yükümlülüğü geliştiriciye aittir.
  • Apple ve iştirakleri, bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.

7. Hesap ve Veri Silme

Reflara'yı kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez; ad, e-posta veya şifre istenmez. Abonelik kontrolü için işlenen sınırlı, takma adlı veriler Gizlilik Politikası'nın 4. bölümünde açıklanır. Çekimleriniz cihazınızdaki fotoğraf kitaplığına kaydedilir; ayarlarınız ve içe aktardığınız LUT dosyaları cihazınızda tutulur. Verilerinizi silmek için:

  • Çekimleri sil: Reflara ile kaydettiğiniz fotoğraf ve videoları cihazınızın fotoğraf kitaplığından silin.
  • LUT dosyalarını sil: Look panelinde içe aktardığınız LUT'a basılı tutup “Sil”e dokunun.
  • Uygulamayı sil: Reflara'yı cihazınızdan silmek ayarlarınızı ve içe aktardığınız LUT dosyalarını kaldırır. Ücretsiz ÇİFT haklarının yeniden kullanılmasını önlemek için kullanılan hak sayısı, uygulama silindikten sonra da cihazınızda kalabilir.
  • Aboneliği iptal et: iPhone'da Ayarlar > [adınız] > Abonelikler > Reflara

Abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızda rastgele kimliğinizle tutulan kaydın (varsa satın alma geçmişiniz dahil) silinmesini istemek için contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazın.

8. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Değişiklikler

Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Taraflar arasındaki ticari uyuşmazlıklarda yetkili mahkeme İstanbul Mahkemeleri'dir.

Kullanım Koşulları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır; güncel sürümü görmek için bu sayfayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmeniz önerilir.

8.1 Tüketici Uyuşmazlıklarında Çözüm Sırası (Türkiye)

6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun çerçevesinde tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında aşağıdaki sıra uygulanır:

  1. Doğrudan iletişim: Önce contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazarak çözüm aranır (genelde 7 gün içinde yanıt).
  2. Tüketici Hakem Heyeti: Bakanlık tarafından her yıl güncellenen parasal sınırın altındaki uyuşmazlıklarda, ikametgâhınızın bulunduğu ilçe Tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvuru zorunludur.
  3. Tüketici Mahkemesi: Parasal sınır üstü uyuşmazlıklarda veya hakem heyeti kararı sonrası itirazda, ikametgâh veya tüketici işlem yerindeki Tüketici Mahkemesi yetkilidir.

8.2 Telif Hakkı ve İçerik Sahipliği

Çektiğiniz içerik sizindir: Reflara ile çektiğiniz fotoğraf ve videoların tüm hakları size aittir; Reflara bu içerikler üzerinde hak iddia etmez ve içeriklerinizi hiçbir sunucuda barındırmaz.

Reflara markasına veya uygulama içi öğelere ilişkin bir telif hakkı ya da marka ihlali iddianız varsa, iddianızı ve dayanağını contact@lesmazer.com adresine iletin; geçerli bildirimler incelenir ve doğrulanan ihlaller sonraki sürümde giderilir.

9. İletişim

1. Age Restriction

Reflara is rated 4+ on the App Store. Users under 13 are recommended to use the app under parental supervision. Purchasing a paid Reflara Pro subscription requires being 18 years of age or having explicit consent from a legal guardian.

2. Service Description

Reflara is a dual-aspect camera app for iPhone (iOS 18 or later), developed by Lesmazer, focused on saving a single take at the same time as both a vertical 9:16 and a horizontal 16:9 file. Key features include:

  • DUAL capture: one take is saved as both a vertical 9:16 and a horizontal 16:9 file (video and photo)
  • Manual controls (manual focus, ISO, shutter speed, white balance, exposure)
  • Slow motion, time-lapse and forward-and-reverse loop videos
  • Video up to 4K; 48 MP and RAW (DNG) photos on supported devices
  • Cinematic color looks and .cube LUT import
  • Grid, level and other capture aids

All capture and processing happens on your device; Reflara never uploads your photos or videos to any server. Reflara is not a social network or content-hosting service and requires no account.

3. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Reflara Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered as two plans, monthly and yearly; both plans unlock the same Pro features. Prices are shown on the Reflara Pro screen before you buy, at the App Store price for your country.

  • Payment: All purchases and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; Reflara never receives or stores your payment details (such as card numbers). Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase; if the plan you choose includes a free trial and you are eligible for it, payment is charged when the trial ends.
  • Free trial: If you choose a plan that includes a free trial, the trial length and the price charged afterwards are shown on the App Store payment sheet before you confirm the purchase. Apple determines eligibility, and each Apple Account can use the trial only once within the same subscription group. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid subscription. The free DUAL uses available without a purchase are not a subscription trial (see 3.1).
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged to your Apple Account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancellation and management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on your iPhone in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. While Pro is active, you can also tap Quick settings (⋯) > All Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription in Reflara to open Apple's subscription management page. After you cancel, Pro features stay available until the end of the current period.
  • Price changes: For price increases, Apple either notifies you in advance or asks for your consent, according to its rules. If your consent is requested and you do not give it, the subscription ends at the end of the last period paid at the former price; where consent is not required, the subscription renews at the new price at the next renewal after the notice. If you do not want it to renew, you can cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Restore: “Restore” on the Reflara Pro screen, or “Restore purchases” in Reflara under Quick settings (⋯) > All Settings > Subscription, reactivates your subscription on devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Verifying and restoring your subscription status is handled by our subscription infrastructure provider; for the limited data processed, see our Privacy Policy.
  • Refunds: Because all payments are processed by Apple, refund requests are reviewed by Apple; you can submit one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.1 Free and Pro

You can use Reflara without Pro. The free version includes photos (HEIF; 12 MP, or 48 MP on supported devices), 1080p video (30 or 60 fps) and cinematic 24 fps, slow motion at 120 fps, time-lapse and forward-and-reverse loop videos; tap to focus, AE/AF lock and exposure (EV) adjustment; grid, level and other capture aids; and the Original, Warm and B&W looks. You can try DUAL capture without a purchase for a total of two photos and two videos; a use counts once the DUAL take is saved to your photo library, and these uses do not renew. In the free version, shots are saved with a Reflara watermark and a continuous video recording stops after 90 seconds at most.

Reflara Pro unlocks:

  • Unlimited DUAL capture (both 9:16 and 16:9 from one take)
  • The MANUAL panel: manual focus (on supported cameras), ISO, shutter speed, white balance (temperature and tint) and exposure
  • 4K video (30 or 60 fps) and 240 fps slow motion on supported devices
  • RAW (DNG) photos on supported devices
  • All looks and importing your own .cube LUT files
  • Watermark-free output and video recording without a time limit, as far as your device's free storage allows

The scope of free and Pro features may change as the service evolves; such changes will not be applied adversely to entitlements you have already purchased for your active subscription period.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Reflara you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • Lawful recording: Comply with the local privacy, consent, and recording laws applicable to the people and places you film. Do not create illegal, harassing, or deceptive content.
  • Copyright compliance: Only use materials you own or have the necessary licence for in your recordings.
  • Accurate information: Do not provide misleading information intended to deceive the app or Apple.
  • Account security: Keep your Apple Account credentials secure; you are responsible for all subscription activity under your Apple Account.

Users retain full intellectual property rights over the photos and videos they capture with Reflara. Reflara makes no claim over user content and does not host it.

5. Limitation of Liability

Reflara is provided "as is" and "as available." Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Reflara shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

  • Loss or corruption of user data or captures
  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Consequences of incorrect or unlawful use by the user
  • Disruptions in third-party services

In all cases, Reflara's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user for Reflara in the preceding 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law (including Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502) remain unaffected by this limitation.

6. Apple App Store Specific Terms

Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and bears no obligations arising from the agreement between Reflara and the user.

Except as otherwise stated herein, for apps obtained from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies; you can find it at apple.com/legal.

  • Obligations regarding maintenance, technical support, and updates for Reflara rest with the developer, not Apple.
  • Statutory warranty claims are addressed by the Reflara developer, not Apple.
  • Product liability, intellectual property compliance, and adherence to applicable legal requirements are the developer's responsibility.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce its terms against you.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You do not need an account to use Reflara; no name, email or password is requested. The limited, pseudonymous data processed to check your subscription is described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy. Your shots are saved to the photo library on your device; your settings and the LUT files you import are kept on your device. To delete your data:

  • Delete shots: Delete the photos and videos you saved with Reflara from your device's photo library.
  • Delete LUT files: In the look panel, press and hold a LUT you imported and tap “Delete”.
  • Delete the app: Deleting Reflara from your device removes your settings and the LUT files you imported. To prevent free DUAL uses from being reused, the number of uses already taken may remain on your device after the app is deleted.
  • Cancel subscription: On your iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Reflara

To request deletion of the record our subscription infrastructure provider keeps under your random identifier (including any purchase history), email contact@lesmazer.com.

8. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over commercial disputes between the parties.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.

8.1 Consumer Dispute Resolution Sequence (Türkiye)

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumer disputes follow this order:

  1. Direct contact: First, write to contact@lesmazer.com for resolution (typically replied within 7 days).
  2. Consumer Arbitration Committee: For disputes below the monetary threshold updated yearly by the Ministry, application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of the district where you reside is mandatory.
  3. Consumer Court: For disputes above the threshold or appeals from arbitration decisions, the Consumer Court at the consumer's residence or place of transaction has jurisdiction.

8.2 Copyright and Content Ownership

Your content is yours: You retain all rights to the photos and videos you capture with Reflara; Reflara claims no rights over your content and does not host it on any server.

If you believe the Reflara brand or an in-app asset infringes your copyright or trademark, email your claim and its basis to contact@lesmazer.com; valid notices are reviewed and confirmed issues are fixed in the next release.

9. Contact
