Reflara nedir?
Reflara, iPhone için çift en-boy oranlı bir kamera uygulamasıdır. En belirgin özelliği “ÇİFT” (çift en-boy oranlı) modudur: tek bir çekim aynı anda hem dikey 9:16 hem yatay 16:9 olarak kaydedilir. “ÇİFT” (çift en-boy oranlı) mod nedir ve nasıl kullanılır?
ÇİFT modda tek bir çekim iki ayrı dosya olarak kaydedilir: biri dikey 9:16, diğeri yatay 16:9. Bu, ön ve arka kamerayı aynı anda kullanan bir çekim değildir; tek bir çekimdir. İki dosyayı çekimden sonra nerede bulurum?
Çekim bitince iki dosya da cihazınızdaki fotoğraf kitaplığına otomatik olarak eklenir: biri 9:16, diğeri 16:9, ikisi de aynı çekimden. Dokunarak odaklama, AE/AF kilidi ve pozlama (EV) kaydırıcısı ücretsizdir; MANUEL paneli Reflara Pro ile açılır. Bir cihazın donanımı belirli bir aralığı desteklemiyorsa kontrol o cihazın sınırlarına göre uyum sağlar; elle odak yalnızca destekleyen kameralarda görünür.
Sinematik renk look'ları ve .cube LUT içe aktarma nasıl çalışır?

- Ağır çekim: Ağır çekim modunu seçip kaydınızı yapın; ücretsiz sürümde 120 fps, Reflara Pro ile destekleyen cihazlarda 240 fps'e kadar çekebilirsiniz.
- Hızlandırılmış çekim: Hızlandırılmış modunu seçip kaydı başlatın; kayıt 4 kat hızlandırılmış ve sessiz olarak kaydedilir.
Kare hızı seçenekleri cihaza bağlıdır: bir cihaz 240 fps'i desteklemiyorsa Reflara desteklenen en yüksek kare hızını kullanır; ağır çekimi hiç desteklemeyen cihazlarda bu mod görünmez. 4K ve 240 fps ağır çekim Reflara Pro ile açılır.
Videolarım ve fotoğraflarım gizli mi?
Evet. Çekim, işleme, look'lar ve LUT'lar, ağır çekim ve hızlandırılmış çekim cihazınızda yapılır. Reflara fotoğraflarınızı ve videolarınızı hiçbir sunucuya yüklemez; çekimleriniz cihazınızdaki fotoğraf kitaplığına kaydedilir ve siz paylaşmadıkça başka bir yere gönderilmez. Fotoğraf kitaplığına eklenen dosyalar kitaplığın kendi ayarlarına (örneğin bulut eşitlemesi) tabidir. Hesap açmanız ya da oturum açmanız gerekmez.
Fotoğraf kitaplığı izni yalnızca ekleme içindir; Reflara mevcut fotoğraflarınızı okumaz. Kamera ve mikrofon yalnızca çekim için kullanılır. Satın alımlarımı nasıl geri yüklerim, aboneliğimi nasıl yönetir/iptal ederim?
- Geri yükleme: Yeni bir cihazda ya da uygulamayı yeniden yüklediğinizde Reflara Pro ekranındaki “Geri Yükle” ya da Hızlı ayarlar (⋯) > Tüm Ayarlar > Abonelik bölümündeki “Satın almaları geri yükle” ile Pro erişiminizi geri getirebilirsiniz; aynı Apple Hesabıyla giriş yapmış olmanız gerekir.
- Yönetme ve iptal: Abonelik Apple Hesabınız üzerinden yönetilir. iPhone'unuzda Ayarlar > [adınız] > Abonelikler bölümünde Reflara'yı seçip planınızı değiştirebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. Pro etkinken Reflara'da Hızlı ayarlar (⋯) > Tüm Ayarlar > Abonelik > “Aboneliği yönet” Apple'ın abonelik yönetim sayfasını açar.

Sorun giderme: cihazım 240 fps / RAW / telefoto sunmuyor, izinler ve dosyalar
Bazı özellikler cihaza bağlıdır. 240 fps ağır çekim, RAW (DNG), telefoto lens ya da Sinematik+ sabitleme her cihazda bulunmaz. Cihazınız bir özelliği desteklemiyorsa Reflara ilgili seçeneği göstermez, kilitli gösterir ya da desteklenen bir seçeneğe geçer; bu bir hata değildir.
İzinler. Kamera izni olmadan çekim ekranı açılmaz; mikrofon izni olmadan videolar sessiz kaydedilir; fotoğraf kitaplığına ekleme izni olmadan çekimler kaydedilemez. Bir izni yanlışlıkla reddettiyseniz iPhone'unuzda Ayarlar > Reflara bölümünden açabilirsiniz.
Dosyalar nerede? Çekimleriniz cihazınızdaki fotoğraf kitaplığına kaydedilir. ÇİFT modda aynı çekimden 9:16 ve 16:9 olmak üzere iki dosya bulursunuz.

What is Reflara?
Reflara is a dual-aspect camera app for iPhone. Its signature feature is “DUAL” mode (dual aspect ratio): a single shot is saved at the same time as both a vertical 9:16 file and a horizontal 16:9 file. It also offers manual controls, cinematic color looks you see live in the preview before you shoot, .cube LUT import, slow motion and time-lapse; some of these are unlocked with Reflara Pro. No account, email or sign-in is required to use the app.
What is “DUAL” (dual-aspect) mode and how do I use it?
In DUAL mode a single take is saved as two separate files: one vertical 9:16 and one horizontal 16:9. It does not use the front and back cameras at the same time; it is one take. Reflara takes into account how you hold your phone: for video it keeps the recording in its own orientation and crops the opposite-orientation frame from the same recording to create the second file; for a photo it makes both a vertical and a horizontal frame from the same shot.
To use it:
- In Video or Photo mode, choose DUAL on the SINGLE / DUAL switch on the camera screen (the same choice is under Quick settings (⋯) > Aspect ratio).
- Press the record (video) or shutter (photo) button and take your shot.
- When the take ends, both files are saved to your photo library automatically.
You can try DUAL capture without buying for a total of two photos and two videos; after that, DUAL requires Reflara Pro.
Where do I find the two files afterward?
When the take ends, both files are added automatically to the photo library on your device — one 9:16 and one 16:9, both from the same take. Reflara only adds to your library; it does not read, list or import your existing photos and videos. You can view, share or delete the saved files at any time from your photo library.
How do I use the manual controls (ISO, shutter, white balance, exposure, focus, AE/AF lock)?
Reflara gives you manual controls so you can set up the scene the way you want:
- Tap to focus and AE/AF lock: tap the preview to focus; press and hold, or use Quick settings (⋯) > AE/AF lock, to lock exposure and focus.
- Exposure (EV): brighten or darken the image with the slider in Quick settings (⋯).
- MANUAL panel: manual focus, ISO, shutter, temperature, tint and exposure; tap AUTO to go back to automatic.
Tap to focus, AE/AF lock and the exposure (EV) slider are free; the MANUAL panel is unlocked with Reflara Pro. If a device's hardware doesn't support a certain range, the control adapts to that device's limits; manual focus appears only on cameras that support it.
How do cinematic color looks and .cube LUT import work?
Reflara includes ready-made looks that give your footage a cinematic color grade.
- Tap LOOK and choose a look; you see the result in the preview instantly and can set its strength with the slider.
- To use your own grade, import a .cube LUT from your device's files using the .cube tile in the same panel; press and hold a LUT you imported and tap “Delete” to remove it.
Looks are applied to the saved file on your device. Original, Warm and B&W are free; the other looks (Cool, Film, Vivid, Faded, Noir) and .cube LUT import are unlocked with Reflara Pro.
How do I use slow motion and time-lapse?
- Slow motion: choose Slow-mo mode and record; the free version records at 120 fps, and with Reflara Pro you can record at up to 240 fps on supported devices.
- Time-lapse: choose Time-lapse mode and start recording; the recording is saved sped up 4× and without sound.
Frame-rate options depend on the device: if a device doesn't support 240 fps, Reflara uses the highest supported frame rate; on devices that don't support slow motion at all, the mode doesn't appear. 4K and 240 fps slow motion are unlocked with Reflara Pro.
Are my videos and photos private?
Yes. Capture, processing, looks and LUTs, slow motion and time-lapse happen on your device. Reflara never uploads your photos or videos to any server; your shots are saved to the photo library on your device and are not sent anywhere else unless you share them. Files added to your photo library follow the library's own settings (such as cloud sync). You don't need to create an account or sign in.
The photo library permission only lets Reflara add new shots; Reflara does not read your existing photos. The camera and microphone are used only for capture. To show subscription options and check your subscription status, limited, pseudonymous device and purchase information is shared with our subscription infrastructure provider (a company based in the United States) when the app opens, when it returns to the foreground and during subscription-related actions. This information is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking, and Reflara shows no ads.

What does Reflara Pro unlock? How does pricing work?
You can use Reflara without Pro; in the free version, shots are saved with a Reflara watermark and a continuous video recording stops after 90 seconds at most. Reflara Pro unlocks:
- Unlimited DUAL (dual-aspect) capture
- The MANUAL panel: manual focus, ISO, shutter, white balance and exposure
- 4K video and 240 fps slow motion on supported devices
- RAW (DNG) photos on supported devices
- All looks and .cube LUT import
- Watermark-free output and recording without a time limit
Pro is offered as monthly and yearly plans; both unlock the same features. You can try DUAL capture without buying: you get a total of two photo and two video captures, and these uses do not renew; after that, DUAL requires Pro. If a plan includes a free trial, the trial length and the price charged afterwards are shown on the App Store payment sheet before you confirm the purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, the subscription renews automatically on the plan you chose. Current prices are shown on the Reflara Pro screen before you buy, at the App Store price for your country. There are no ads, no in-app tokens or credits for sale, and no restrictions after purchase.
How do I restore purchases and manage or cancel my subscription?
- Restore: On a new device or after reinstalling the app, use “Restore” on the Reflara Pro screen or “Restore purchases” under Quick settings (⋯) > All Settings > Subscription to bring back your Pro access; you need to be signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Manage or cancel: Your subscription is managed through your Apple Account. On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select Reflara, and change or cancel your plan. While Pro is active, Quick settings (⋯) > All Settings > Subscription > “Manage subscription” in Reflara opens Apple's subscription management page.
- When cancellation takes effect: If you don't want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep Pro until then.
- Refunds: Because Apple processes all payments, refund requests are reviewed by Apple; you can submit one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Troubleshooting: my device doesn't offer 240 fps / RAW / telephoto, permissions, and files
Some features depend on the device. 240 fps slow motion, RAW (DNG), a telephoto lens or Cinematic+ stabilization aren't available on every device. If your device doesn't support a feature, Reflara doesn't show the option, shows it locked, or switches to a supported one — this is not a bug.
Permissions. Without camera access the capture screen doesn't open; without microphone access videos are recorded without sound; without permission to add to your photo library, shots can't be saved. If you declined a permission by mistake, you can turn it on in Settings > Reflara on your iPhone.
Where are the files? Your shots are saved to the photo library on your device. In DUAL mode you'll find two files from the same take — a 9:16 and a 16:9.
