1. Giriş
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Lesmazer (Bireysel Geliştirici — Türkiye) tarafından geliştirilen Reflara mobil uygulamasının kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Reflara, iPhone için bir kamera uygulamasıdır: ÇİFT modunda tek bir çekimden hem dikey 9:16 hem yatay 16:9 dosya kaydeder. Ayrıca manuel kontroller (ISO, enstantane, odak, beyaz ayarı), ağır çekim, hızlandırılmış çekim ve içe aktarabileceğiniz .cube renk tabloları dahil renk görünümleri (look) sunar.
Temel ilkemiz basittir: çekimleriniz cihazınızda işlenir. Reflara'nın kendine ait bir sunucusu yoktur; hesap veya kayıt yoktur ve reklam için profil oluşturulmaz. Tek istisna, isteğe bağlı Reflara Pro aboneliğini yöneten abonelik altyapısıdır (bkz. Bölüm 4).
2. Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler
Aşağıdaki veriler cihazınızda, uygulamaya özel depolama alanında tutulur; Bölüm 4'te açıklanan abonelik verileri dışında Reflara bunları hiçbir sunucuya göndermez:
- İçe aktardığınız .cube renk tablosu (LUT) dosyaları ve adları
- Uygulama tercihleri ve ayarlar: seçtiğiniz look ve çekim modu; ızgara, terazi, sahne dengeleyici, çözünürlük ve biçim gibi kamera ayarları; “Orijinali de kaydet” ve dokunsal geri bildirim tercihleri
- Çekim sırasında yazılan geçici dosyalar: çekim işlenip fotoğraf kitaplığınıza kaydedildikten sonra silinir; paylaş düğmesi için son çekiminizin bir kopyası, bir sonraki çekiminize kadar uygulamanın geçici klasöründe tutulur
- Abonelik kontrolünde kullanılan rastgele kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı (Bölüm 4'te açıklandığı gibi abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımıza da iletilir) ve abonelik durumunuzun cihazda tutulan geçici kopyası
- ÇİFT özelliğini ücretsiz kaç kez kullandığınızı gösteren sayaç (fotoğraf ve video için ayrı ayrı, en fazla 2): yalnızca bir sayıdır, sizi tanımlamaz ve bize gönderilmez; uygulamayı silip yeniden yüklediğinizde de korunması için cihazınızın güvenli depolama alanında da tutulur (bkz. Bölüm 7)
- Değerlendirme isteğinin ne zaman gösterileceğini belirleyen, yalnızca cihazda tutulan sayaçlar (ör. başarılı kayıt sayısı)
Çekim, renk görünümleri (look), ağır çekim, hızlandırılmış çekim ve ÇİFT kırpması gibi tüm görüntü işlemleri yalnızca cihazınızda yapılır; görüntüleriniz ve sesleriniz bu amaçla hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Fotoğraf ve video içeriğinize biz hiçbir zaman erişemeyiz.
Fotoğraf kitaplığı ve paylaşım: Reflara ile çektiğiniz her fotoğraf ve video, izin verdiyseniz çekimden hemen sonra otomatik olarak cihazınızdaki fotoğraf kitaplığına (galeri) kaydedilir. ÇİFT modunda iki dosya kaydedilir; Ayarlar > Çıktı > “Orijinali de kaydet” açıksa işlenmemiş orijinal de ayrıca kaydedilir. Bundan sonrası fotoğraf kitaplığınızın kendi ayarlarına (örneğin bulut eşitlemesi) tabidir. Bir çekimi paylaş düğmesiyle başka bir uygulamaya gönderdiğinizde içerik, seçtiğiniz uygulamanın kendi gizlilik kurallarına tabi olur.
Cihaz yedeği: Cihazınızın yedeklemesi (Apple Hesabınızla bulut yedeği ya da bilgisayar yedeği) açıksa, Reflara'nın cihazınızda tuttuğu şu veriler diğer uygulamaların verileri gibi bu yedeğe dahil edilir: içe aktardığınız renk tablosu dosyaları, ayarlarınız, abonelik kontrolünde kullanılan rastgele kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı ve ücretsiz ÇİFT kullanım sayacı. Geçici dosyalar yedeğe dahil edilmez. Bu yedeğe erişimimiz yoktur; uygulamayı kaldırmak daha önce alınmış yedeklerdeki kopyaları silmez. Bu kopyaları cihazınızın yedekleme ayarlarından yönetebilirsiniz.
3. Cihaz İzinleri
Kamera ve mikrofon izinleri tanıtım ekranlarında veya kamera ilk açıldığında, fotoğraf kitaplığına ekleme izni ise ilk çekiminiz kaydedilirken istenir. Her izin yalnızca belirtilen amaç için kullanılır:

Reflara fotoğraf kitaplığınızı okumaz: yalnızca yeni çekimleri eklemek için izin ister; mevcut fotoğraf ve videolarınızı listelemez, görüntülemez veya içe aktarmaz. Kamera ekranındaki galeri düğmesi, az önce kaydettiğiniz çekimden oluşturulan küçük bir önizlemeyi gösterir ve cihazınızın fotoğraf uygulamasını açar. Reflara konum, kişiler, takvim, bildirim veya konuşma tanıma izni istemez.
İzinler isteğe bağlıdır; ancak kamera izni olmadan çekim yapılamaz, mikrofon izni vermezseniz videolarınız sessiz kaydedilir, fotoğraf kitaplığına ekleme izni vermezseniz çekimleriniz kaydedilemez. İzinleri dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar uygulamasından değiştirebilirsiniz.
4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Reflara reklam ağı, sosyal medya pikseli, kullanıcı izleme amaçlı analitik veya cihazınızdan dışarı veri gönderen bir çökme raporlama hizmeti kullanmaz ve sizi izlemez. Ödemeyi yürüten Apple App Store dışında uygulamanın kendiliğinden bağlandığı tek dış hizmet, isteğe bağlı Reflara Pro aboneliğini doğrulayan ve yöneten abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızdır (ABD'de yerleşik bir şirket). Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın adlarını ve gizlilik politikalarını contact@lesmazer.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.
Reflara'yı kullanan herkes için (abone olsanız da olmasanız da), internet bağlantısı varken uygulama açıldığında bu sağlayıcıyla bağlantı kurulur; uygulama yeniden öne geldiğinde ve abonelik ekranı açıldığında da, abonelik bilgileri bir süredir yenilenmediyse bağlantı kurulur. Satın alma ve geri yükleme sırasında ve aboneliğinizle ilgili bir App Store işlemi (örneğin yenileme) uygulama açıkken algılandığında da bağlantı kurulur. Amaç; size sunulan abonelik seçeneklerini ve fiyatlarını göstermek, Reflara Pro durumunuzu kontrol etmek ve satın alımlarınızı doğrulayıp cihazlarınızda geri yüklemektir. Bu sırada şu veriler işlenir: uygulamanın ilk açılışta rastgele oluşturduğu bir kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı; işletim sisteminin bu cihazda yalnızca bizim uygulamalarımız için oluşturduğu cihaz tanımlayıcısı (reklam kimliği değildir); cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, dil tercihleriniz ve App Store ülkeniz gibi teknik bilgiler; her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi IP adresiniz; izleme izninin durumunu gösteren bir değer (uygulama bu izni hiç istemez; bu değer uygulama arka plana geçerken de iletilebilir). Satın alma veya geri yükleme yaptıysanız ya da aboneliğiniz yenilendiyse, Apple tarafından imzalanmış satın alma kaydınız (satın alınan ürün, fiyat ve para birimi, abonelik başlangıç ve bitiş tarihi gibi) ile uygulamayı ilk indirdiğiniz tarihi ve sürümü gösteren Apple imzalı uygulama kaydı da uygulama tarafından bu sağlayıcıya gönderilir. Sağlayıcı ayrıca abonelik ve satın alma istatistiklerini bize toplu olarak sunar.
Adınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız, konumunuz, fotoğraflarınız ve videolarınız gönderilmez; bu veriler reklam veya uygulamalar arası izleme için kullanılmaz. Bu veriler takma adlıdır: sizi doğrudan tanımlamaz, ancak anonim değildir ve kişisel veri sayılır.
Ödeme altyapısı Apple App Store tarafından yönetilir; ödeme ayrıntılarınız (kart numarası, IBAN vb.) Reflara'ya veya abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımıza iletilmez. Apple abonelik yönetimi için Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
Uygulamadaki “Gizlilik Politikası”, “Kullanım Şartları” ve “Destek” bağlantıları ilgili sayfayı tarayıcınızda açar; “Aboneliği yönet” Apple'ın abonelik sayfasını açar; “Reflara'yı Paylaş” yalnızca web sitemizin adresini paylaşır. Reflara, birkaç başarılı kayıttan, ilk ÇİFT çekiminizden veya ilk paylaşımınızdan sonra, her uygulama sürümünde en fazla bir kez Apple'ın sistem değerlendirme penceresini gösterebilir; orada verdiğiniz puan ve yorum Apple'a iletilir ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir.
Bize ulaştığınızda: Uygulamada e-posta gönderme seçeneği yoktur; “Destek” bağlantısı destek sayfamızı açar. Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresiniz, e-postanızda görünüyorsa adınız, mesajınız ve eklediğiniz dosyalar bize ulaşır. Bunları yalnızca talebinizi yanıtlamak ve bildirdiğiniz sorunu incelemek için kullanır, talebiniz sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla 12 ay saklar, ardından sileriz. Bu bilgiler reklam veya izleme amacıyla kullanılmaz. Destek e-postaları, e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımız aracılığıyla yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir.
5. İzleme (Tracking) Yok
Reflara sizi izlemez. Aşağıdakilerin hiçbiri kullanılmaz veya toplanmaz:
- Reklam kimliği — toplanmaz
- Diğer şirketlerin uygulamaları ve web siteleri arasında sizi izlemek için izin isteyen pencere — gösterilmez
- Reklam ağı veya sosyal medya izleme servisi — kullanılmaz
- Uygulamalar arası veya web izleme (çerez dâhil) — yapılmaz
- Uygulama içi kullanım izleme — yapılmaz: hangi ekranlara girdiğiniz, dokunuşlarınız ve içerikleriniz bize gönderilmez; yalnızca Bölüm 4'te açıklanan abonelik verileri hizmet sağlayıcımız üzerinden bize sunulur.
- Hata izleme/çökme raporlama servisi — kullanılmaz; uygulamanın olay ve hata kayıtları yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur.
Cihaz ayarlarınızda analiz verilerini uygulama geliştiricileriyle paylaşmayı açtıysanız Apple, çökme verilerini ve uygulama kullanımına ilişkin istatistikleri bizimle paylaşabilir; bunu aynı ayardan kapatabilirsiniz.
6. Veri Güvenliği
Reflara'nın cihazınızda tuttuğu veriler güvenli biçimde depolanır; işletim sistemi her uygulamanın dosyalarını ayrı tutar, böylece başka uygulamalar bu dosyalara erişemez. Cihazınızda yapılandırılmış kilit ekranı ve disk şifrelemesi, fotoğraf ve video dosyalarınızı yetkisiz erişime karşı korur.
Abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızla tüm iletişim şifreli bağlantı üzerinden yapılır.
Reflara'nın kendine ait bir sunucusu yoktur ve Reflara içeriğinizi (fotoğraf, video, ses) hiçbir sunucuya yüklemez; bu nedenle bizim tarafımızda içeriğinizi açığa çıkarabilecek bir sunucu ihlali olamaz. Cihaz yedeğinin ve fotoğraf kitaplığının bulut kopyaları için Bölüm 2'ye bakın.
7. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Reflara'nın cihazınızda tuttuğu veriler siz silene ya da uygulamayı kaldırana kadar saklanır; çekim sırasındaki geçici dosyalar ise Bölüm 2'de açıklandığı gibi otomatik olarak silinir. Verilerinizi şu yollarla kontrol edebilirsiniz:
- Çekimlerinizi silme: Reflara'nın fotoğraf kitaplığınıza kaydettiği fotoğraf ve videoları dilediğiniz zaman fotoğraf kitaplığınızdan silebilirsiniz.
- Renk tablolarını silme: İçe aktardığınız .cube renk tablolarını look seçicide üzerine basılı tutup “Sil”i seçerek silebilirsiniz.
- Uygulamayı kaldırma: Reflara'yı cihazdan kaldırmanız; ayarlarınızı, içe aktardığınız renk tablolarını, abonelik kontrolünde kullanılan rastgele kullanıcı tanımlayıcısını ve geçici dosyaları siler. Ücretsiz ÇİFT kullanım sayacı ise cihazınızın güvenli depolama alanında kalır ve uygulamayı yeniden yüklediğinizde kaldığı yerden devam eder; bu sayaç yalnızca bir sayıdır, sizi tanımlamaz ve bize gönderilmez. Daha önce alınmış cihaz yedeklerindeki kopyalar için Bölüm 2'ye bakın.
Abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız nezdindeki kayıtlar (Bölüm 4) o sağlayıcının saklama kurallarına tabidir. Bu kaydın silinmesini isterseniz contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıt verilir. Kayıt adınızı veya e-posta adresinizi içermez. Bulabilmemiz için Apple'ın satın alma sonrası gönderdiği makbuz e-postasındaki (veya Apple satın alma geçmişinizdeki) sipariş numarasını (Order ID) ekleyin. Satın alma yapmadıysanız uygulama size bir kayıt numarası göstermediği için talebinizi belirli bir kayıtla eşleştiremeyebiliriz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak aboneliğinizi iptal etmez; aboneliğinizi Ayarlar > [adınız] > Abonelikler bölümünden (Apple Hesabı) yönetebilirsiniz.
8. Kullanıcı Hakları (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- Kişisel verilerinize erişim ve düzeltme talep etme
- Kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya işlemenin kısıtlanmasını talep etme
- Veri taşınabilirliği hakkı
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine itiraz etme
- AB/AEA kullanıcıları için ulusal veri koruma otoritesine şikayette bulunma (GDPR m. 77)
Bize kendiniz e-posta göndermediğiniz sürece Reflara adınız, e-postanız veya iletişim bilgileriniz gibi sizi doğrudan tanımlayan verileri toplamaz; abonelik kontrolü için Bölüm 4'te sayılan takma adlı veriler işlenir. Cihazınızdaki çekimlerinizi ve renk tablolarınızı Bölüm 7'de açıklandığı gibi kendiniz silebilirsiniz. Abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız nezdindeki verilerle ve destek yazışmalarınızla ilgili erişim, düzeltme, silme, taşınabilirlik ve itiraz talepleriniz için contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazın; talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

9. Çocukların Gizliliği
Reflara, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Uygulamada yaş sorulmaz; bize kendiniz e-posta göndermediğiniz sürece sizi doğrudan tanımlayan bir veri (ad, e-posta, iletişim bilgisi) işlenmez; abonelik kontrolü için yalnızca Bölüm 4'te sayılan takma adlı veriler işlenir. Bir çocuğa ait olduğunu düşündüğünüz verilerle ilgili talepleriniz için contact@lesmazer.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
10. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanır; "Son Güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikleri kaçırmamak için bu sayfayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmeniz önerilir.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Reflara mobile application, developed by Lesmazer (Individual Developer — Türkiye), handles personal data. Reflara is a camera app for iPhone: in DUAL mode, one shot is saved as both a vertical 9:16 and a horizontal 16:9 file. It also offers manual controls (ISO, shutter, focus, white balance), slow motion, time-lapse and color looks, including .cube color tables you can import.
Our core principle is simple: your shots are processed on your device. Reflara has no servers of its own; there is no account or sign-up, and no advertising profile is built. The only exception is the subscription infrastructure that manages the optional Reflara Pro subscription (see Section 4).
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is kept on your device, in the app's own storage area; apart from the subscription data described in Section 4, Reflara never sends it to any server:
- .cube color table (LUT) files you import and their names
- App preferences and settings: your selected look and capture mode; camera settings such as grid, level, stabilization, resolution and format; your “Also keep the original” and haptic feedback preferences
- Temporary files written during capture: deleted after the shot is processed and saved to your photo library; a copy of your latest shot is kept in the app's temporary folder for the share button until your next shot
- The random user identifier used for the subscription check (also sent to our subscription infrastructure provider, as described in Section 4) and a temporary copy of your subscription status kept on the device
- A counter showing how many times you have used DUAL for free (separately for photo and video, up to 2): it is only a number, does not identify you and is never sent to us; so that it is kept even if you delete and reinstall the app, it is also stored in your device's secure storage (see Section 7)
- Counters kept only on the device that decide when to show the rating request (such as the number of successful saves)
All image processing (capture, color looks, slow motion, time-lapse and the DUAL crop) happens only on your device; your images and sound are never sent anywhere for this. We never have access to your photo or video content.
Photo library and sharing: Every photo and video you take with Reflara is saved automatically to the photo library on your device right after capture if you allow it. In DUAL mode two files are saved; with Settings > Output > “Also keep the original” on, the unprocessed original is saved as well. From there they follow your photo library's own settings (such as cloud sync). When you send a shot to another app with the share button, it is governed by the receiving app's own privacy practices.
Device backups: If your device's backup (cloud backup with your Apple Account or a computer backup) is turned on, the following data Reflara keeps on your device is included in that backup like other apps' data: the color table files you imported, your settings, the random user identifier used for the subscription check and the free DUAL use counter. Temporary files are not included. We have no access to that backup, and removing the app does not delete copies in backups made earlier. You can manage these copies in your device's backup settings.
3. Device Permissions
Camera and microphone permissions are requested on the welcome screens or when the camera first opens, and permission to add to your photo library is requested when your first shot is saved. Each permission is used only for its stated purpose:

Reflara does not read your photo library: it asks only for permission to add new shots; it does not list, view or import your existing photos and videos. The gallery button on the camera screen shows a small preview made from the shot you just saved and opens your device's photo app. Reflara does not request location, contacts, calendar, notification or speech recognition permission.
Permissions are optional; however, you cannot shoot without camera permission, your videos are recorded without sound if you do not allow the microphone, and your shots cannot be saved if you do not allow adding to the photo library. You can change permissions at any time in the Settings app.
4. Third-Party Services
Reflara uses no advertising network, no social media pixel, no user-tracking analytics and no crash-reporting service that sends data off your device, and the app does not track you. Apart from the Apple App Store, which processes payment, the only external service the app connects to on its own is our subscription infrastructure provider (a company based in the United States), which validates and manages the optional Reflara Pro subscription. You can request our service providers' names and privacy policies at contact@lesmazer.com.
For everyone who uses Reflara (whether or not you subscribe), the app connects to this provider when it opens while you are online; it also connects when the app returns to the foreground and when the subscription screen opens if the subscription information has not been refreshed for a while. It also connects during a purchase or a restore, and when a subscription-related App Store transaction (such as a renewal) is detected while the app is open. The purpose is to show the subscription options and prices available to you, check your Reflara Pro status, and verify and restore your purchases across your devices. The following is processed: a random user identifier the app creates on first launch; a device identifier that the operating system creates on this device only for our apps (not the advertising identifier); technical details such as device model, operating system and app version, your language preferences and App Store country; as with any internet connection, your IP address; and a value showing the status of the tracking permission (the app never asks for this permission; this value may also be sent when the app goes to the background). If you make or restore a purchase or your subscription renews, the app also sends your Apple-signed purchase record (such as the product purchased, price and currency, and subscription start and end dates) and the Apple-signed app record showing when you first downloaded the app and which version, to this provider. The provider also gives us aggregated subscription and purchase statistics.
Your name, email address, phone number, location, photos and videos are never sent, and this data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. This data is pseudonymous: it does not directly identify you, but it is not anonymous and counts as personal data.
Payment is handled by the Apple App Store; your payment details (card numbers, bank accounts, etc.) are never sent to Reflara or to our subscription infrastructure provider. Apple's own privacy policy governs subscription management.
The “Privacy Policy”, “Terms of Use” and “Support” links in the app open the page in your browser; “Manage subscription” opens Apple's subscription page; “Share Reflara” shares only our website address. After a few successful saves, your first DUAL shot or your first share, Reflara may show Apple's system rating prompt, at most once per app version; any rating or review you give there is sent to Apple and is subject to Apple's terms.
Contacting us: The app has no option to send email; the “Support” link opens our support page. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if it appears in your email, your message and any files you attach. We use them only to answer your request and look into the issue you report, and we keep them for up to 12 months after your request is resolved and then delete them. This information is not used for advertising or tracking. Support emails may be processed on servers outside Türkiye through our email service provider.
5. No Tracking
Reflara does not track you. None of the following are used or collected:
- Advertising identifier — not collected
- Prompt asking permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites — not shown
- Advertising network or social-media tracking service — not used
- Cross-app or web tracking (including cookies) — none
- In-app usage tracking — none: the screens you visit, your taps and your content are not sent to us; only the subscription data described in Section 4 is made available to us through our provider.
- Error-tracking/crash-reporting service — not used; the app's event and error logs are kept only on your device.
If you have turned on sharing analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may share crash data and app usage statistics with us; you can turn this off in the same setting.
6. Data Security
The data Reflara keeps on your device is stored securely; the operating system keeps each app's files separate, so other apps cannot access them. Your device's lock screen and disk encryption protect your photo and video files from unauthorized access.
All communication with our subscription infrastructure provider uses an encrypted connection.
Reflara has no servers of its own and never uploads your content (photos, videos, audio) to any server, so no server breach on our side can expose your content. For cloud copies made by device backups or your photo library, see Section 2.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Data Reflara keeps on your device is stored until you delete it or remove the app; temporary capture files are deleted automatically as described in Section 2. You can manage your data in the following ways:
- Delete your shots: You can delete the photos and videos Reflara saved to your photo library at any time from your photo library.
- Delete color tables: You can delete the .cube color tables you imported by touching and holding them in the look picker and choosing “Delete”.
- Uninstalling the app: Removing Reflara from your device deletes your settings, the color tables you imported, the random user identifier used for the subscription check and temporary files. The free DUAL use counter, however, stays in your device's secure storage and picks up where it left off if you reinstall the app; this counter is only a number, does not identify you and is never sent to us. For copies in device backups made earlier, see Section 2.
Records held by our subscription infrastructure provider (Section 4) are subject to that provider's retention rules. To ask for that record to be deleted, email contact@lesmazer.com; we will respond within 30 days. The record does not contain your name or email address. So that we can find it, please include the Order ID shown on the receipt email Apple sends after a purchase (or in your Apple purchase history). If you have not made a purchase, the app does not show you any record number, so we may not be able to match your request to a specific record. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription; you can manage it under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions (Apple Account).
8. User Rights (KVKK and GDPR)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right to know whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it
- Right to access and rectify your personal data
- Right to request erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to the processing of your personal data
- For EU/EEA users, the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (GDPR Art. 77)
Unless you email us yourself, Reflara does not collect data that directly identifies you, such as your name, email or contact details; the pseudonymous data listed in Section 4 is processed to check your subscription. You can delete your shots and color tables on your device yourself, as described in Section 7. For requests to access, correct, delete, port or object to the data held by our subscription infrastructure provider and your support correspondence, email contact@lesmazer.com; requests are answered within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy
Reflara does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. The app does not ask for your age; unless you email us yourself, no data that directly identifies you (name, email, contact details) is processed; only the pseudonymous data listed in Section 4 is processed to check your subscription. For requests about data you believe belongs to a child, contact us at contact@lesmazer.com.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of material changes.
